Every order is carefully prepared and shipped through trusted carriers to ensure a smooth and reliable delivery experience. Our goal is to provide a hassle-free shipping process so you can enjoy your purchase as soon as possible.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 0–2 business days (Monday through Friday).

Orders placed after our daily cut-off time of 5:00 PM (PST) will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

Once processed, orders are shipped using our Free Shipping service and generally arrive within:

Transit Time: 3–7 Business Days

Total Delivery Time: 3–9 Business Days (Processing + Transit)

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Location

We currently ship only within the United States.

At this time, international shipping is not available.

Shipping Charges

We proudly offer Free Shipping on all orders within the United States.

No additional shipping fees are charged during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number.

This tracking number allows you to monitor the status and location of your shipment directly through the carrier.

If you do not receive tracking information within 2 business days after placing your order, please contact our customer support team.

Delivery Issues or Delays

If your package is significantly delayed, lost in transit, or marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist you in locating your shipment.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

  • Take clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.
  • Contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery.
  • Send the photos and your order details to comfortplus2@yahoo.com.

Claims submitted without photographic evidence or after the 7-day period may not qualify for a refund, replacement, or store credit.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

Comfort Plus is not responsible for shipments sent to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.

If you need to update your shipping information and your order has not yet been shipped, please contact us immediately.
