At Comfort Plus, we understand that plans can change after placing an order. We strive to make the cancellation process as simple and transparent as possible while ensuring timely order fulfillment and delivery.

Order Cancellation Request

Customers may request to cancel an order within 30 minutes of placing it by contacting our customer support team at comfortplus2@yahoo.com.

After this period, orders may enter processing and preparation stages, making cancellation requests unavailable.

While we will make every effort to accommodate your request, cancellation cannot be guaranteed once order processing has begun.

Refund for Canceled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow up to 7 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider and financial institution.

Orders That Have Already Shipped

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

If you no longer wish to keep the item, you may be eligible to return it after delivery in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Incorrect Shipping Address

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately.
