Refund Policy

At Comfort Plus, our mission is to provide quality furniture and home furnishings along with a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we want you to feel confident with every purchase. If your order does not meet your expectations, our return and refund process is designed to be simple, transparent, and hassle-free.

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, the item(s) must meet the following conditions:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • Returned in original packaging, including all parts, manuals, and accessories
  • Proof of purchase must be provided

If you accidentally placed an incorrect order, return shipping costs may be your responsibility. We do not accept returns after the 30-day return period.

Return Method

All returns are handled by mail only. We currently do not accept in-store returns for online purchases.

Return Label

A prepaid return shipping label may be provided for eligible returns that meet our return requirements. If a return is the result of customer error, a change of mind, or an incorrect order, return shipping costs may be deducted from the refund amount.

To return an item:

  1. Repack the item securely in its original packaging.
  2. Attach the return shipping label to the outside of the package.
  3. Drop off the package at the designated shipping carrier location.

If you have misplaced your return label, please contact our customer support team for assistance.

Restocking Fee

We do not charge any restocking fees. Eligible returns are processed without additional return handling charges.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please:

  • Take clear photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Contact our customer service team within 7 days of delivery
  • Send the photos along with your order details to: comfortplus2@yahoo.com

Claims submitted after 7 days of delivery or without supporting photos may not qualify for a refund, replacement, or store credit.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
